The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies for clients, including direct communication with senior business leaders such as CEOs and founders. You’ll help craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and oversee client relationships to ensure exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide excellent service and build strong relationships.
- Collaborating with the team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Staying informed about clients’ industries to keep campaigns ahead of trends.
- Preparing monthly insights and progress reports for the Account Director.
- Contributing to refining the company’s marketing strategies and best practices.
- Bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve the agency’s processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with exceptional listening abilities.
- A proven track record of successfully managing client accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, particularly in the B2B space.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for storytelling and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
