Role: Founding Sales Development Representative
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £32k + commission (OTE £40k)

We’re a fast-growing start-up at the forefront of 3D product visualisation, helping brands across industries like furniture, automotive, and fashion transform their online shopping experiences through immersive configurators, AR, and VR. Our tech is designed to increase engagement, reduce returns, and boost sales, and as we scale, we're looking for a driven and ambitious SDR to join us on this journey.
The Role
This is a founding SDR role, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You’ll play a key part in building out our sales function from the ground up, with tons of autonomy and input into our outbound strategy. It's a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to make their mark in a high-growth start-up, with clear progression into AE or Sales Leadership roles as we scale.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build a pipeline of B2B customers who would benefit from 3D product configuration.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn—starting conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Qualifying Leads: Run discovery calls and book product demos for the wider sales team.
- Sales Process Development: Collaborate with the Founder to shape our outbound strategy.
- Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to refine your approach.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of outreach, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Experimentation: Test new sales tactics, iterate on scripts, and innovate to boost results.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year in B2B tech sales, ideally in a start-up setting
- Proven ability to generate leads and book qualified meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter with resilience, energy, and a growth mindset
- Genuine interest in emerging tech like 3D, AR, and VR
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
