From fast-paced shoots to TikTok Shop live streams, from concept to final cut, your job is to bring content to life, beautifully and efficiently. If you know how to run a set, direct a creator, light a room, and make content that feels native, not forced, we want you.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Content & Live Streaming Producer who lives and breathes TikTok, but also knows how to run a shoot, manage chaos, and turn scrappy ideas into standout content.

In this role, you’ll be the production backbone of our most exciting campaigns, owning everything from pre-shoot logistics and talent coordination to TikTok Shop live streams and post-production wrap-ups.

This is a hybrid creative/operational role for someone who thrives on variety, can direct on set, manage tight timelines, and understands what makes content convert and entertain. You’ll work across shoots, studios, livestreams, and creator collabs, making sure everything looks sharp, runs smoothly, and feels completely native to the platform.

Key Responsibilities

🎥 Live Streaming

• Plan and produce TikTok Shop live streams, setting up tech, briefing hosts, creating call sheets and running the show.
• Direct presenters and talent during live sessions, keeping energy high and messaging clear.
• Ensure everything looks and sounds slick: cameras, lighting, audio, stream software, overlays, transitions.
• Troubleshoot on the fly and keep streams performing across multiple hours.
• Pre-production management: Book necessary kit, create call sheets, coordinate and manage freelance crew, and organise studio spaces to ensure everything is in place before the shoot begins.

📹 Content Production

• Produce short-form TikTok content from idea to execution, working with creators, clients, and our internal team.
• Own pre-production for bigger projects: schedules, location sourcing, crew coordination, props, shotlists.
• Run smooth, well-paced shoots, from hi production to low production
• Help raise the overall production value of our content, making it feel polished but still TikTok-native.

🧠 Creative & Strategy Support

• Collaborate with strategists and creatives to shape formats that work on TikTok and TikTok Shop.
• Give input on scripts, visuals, and content ideas based on platform knowledge and production feasibility.
• Stay across TikTok trends, creator styles, and new formats, and experiment with what’s next.

Skills, Experience, & Characteristics

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a content producer across social video—with a strong TikTok or vertical video bias
• Ideally based in or near London, with flexibility to travel
• Ideally worked in an agency before
• Live stream production experience (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or equivalent)
• Comfortable setting up multi-cam, lighting, sound, and stream software (OBS, Streamlabs etc)
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and edit timelines simultaneously
• Great communicator, confident leading creators and crew on shoot day
• You’re obsessed with great TikToks—and can explain why a video did or didn’t work

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience producing for e-commerce or TikTok Shop.
• Are comfortable jumping behind the camera (or in front of it, on occasion).
• Have worked in an agency or production house before.
